Temple Academy of Reflexology
Temple Academy of Reflexology was founded out of a passion and love of both reflexology and teaching. Our practitioner courses are delivered using creative techniques which encompass individual student learning styles.
We ensure everyone qualifies with the confidence and ability to apply the knowledge and skills they have been taught.
Over the years we have become more aware of the need to include a deeper understanding of working with energy and how it impacts both the practitioner and client. This element is therefore woven into each and every lesson.
Supporting our students through their learning is especially important to us. We have put numerous strategies in place to ensure everyone feels upheld, not only whilst studying, but long after graduation.
Temple Academy of Reflexology recognises the importance of continuing professional development (CPD) and provides a variety of specialised workshops and courses. To facilitate these events we invite celebrated tutors from the reflexology world to bring their teaching to us.
We have venues in Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Somerset.

Alex Clark MAR
Course Director
In addition to being the Course Director and of Temple Academy of Reflexology, Alex manages a thriving complementary therapy clinic in Milton Keynes.
Alex has a wealth of experience teaching Reflexology Practitioner courses. She is an inspirational tutor who practices with truth and integrity and encourages students to focus on and question every aspect of their learning.
Alex was awarded the Association of Reflexologists Inspirational Tutor of the year 2022, voted for by the AoR's members.
Alex's treatments include: Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, RLD, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies and Thermal Auricular Therapy.
Jan Kleiner-Mann CRM5 MAR
Lead Tutor
Jan is a Level 5 certified Reflexologist and qualified teacher, she runs her clinic, ReKlein Reflexology, from her home in St Albans. After qualifying as a teacher in 1995, Jan has spent most of her working life in some form of educational role, only leaving it to pursue her dream of becoming a Reflexologist. She is delighted to now be able to combine her two passions together, her love of Reflexology and her desire to teach.
After training with Alex, Jan has become particularly passionate about improving mental well-being through Reflexology and is involved in local conferences to help raise awareness of the use of Reflexology in improving mental well-being in people of all ages.

Jackie Cave MAR
Tutor
Whilst living in Canada, Jackie trained in Reflexology in 2002 and became a Teacher of Reflexology in 2006. She still returns to Canada to teach and her School is accredited with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO).
Jackie worked as a Medical Secretary and represented the hospital as the Wellness Chairperson. She created many initiatives including: meditation, massage in the workplace, and smoking cessation. Jackie accepted the Wellness Workplace Award from the Health Unit on behalf of the hospital. She also introduced complementary therapy sessions to staff and was the regular guest speaker to medical students on their Complementary Health Days talking about the benefits of reflexology and other therapies. In the community, she provided classes in Work-life Balance, Yoga and Meditation to corporations as part of their wellness initiatives.
Jackie’s passion lies in encouraging students to develop a deeper understanding of working with energy and how it impacts both the practitioner and client.
Jackie’s treatments include Reflexology, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Yoga One-on-One, Hypnosis and Energy Healing.
