In addition to being a Director of Temple Academy of Reflexology, Alex manages a thriving complementary therapy clinic in Milton Keynes.
Alex has a wealth of experience teaching Reflexology Practitioner courses. She is an inspirational tutor who practices with truth and integrity and encourages students to focus on and question every aspect of their learning.
Alex's treatments include: Reflexology, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies and Thermal Auricular Therapy.
Sandra da Silva
Sandra is a Director of Temple Academy of Reflexology. Sandra is a passionate teacher who loves reflexology and believes that teaching is a great way to learn and stay in touch with the field.
Sandra is also a Reiki Master and has a gentle and sensitive nature. Through personal experience Sandra has developed a particular interest and understanding in supporting children with complex needs and their families.
Sandra's treatments include Reiki, Reflexology, Functional Reflex Therapy and Thermal Auricular Therapy.
Jane is the UK’s leading foot reader and teaches internationally. She has been a reflexologist since 1999 and is passionate about sharing her knowledge in a fun and interactive way. Jane is an author of books, including Let’s Read Our Feet which is a number 1 best seller on Amazon! Jane's latest book is The Gurus' Guide to Reflexology 2.
Jane was awarded Honorary Member of the Association of Reflexologists in September 2010 in recognition of significant contribution to the field of reflexology and was also awarded Honorary Member of Professional Reflexology in the same year. She was a finalist in 2018 for the FHT’s excellence awards in the Tutor of the Year category.
Jane has made many TV and radio appearances, is a regular on ITV’s This Morning and has also featured on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing spin-off show It Takes Two
Jane has a therapy clinic in Scarisbrick where she offers foot and facial reflexology, Emmett Technique and foot reading.
Anne is a Level 5 certified Reflexologist, she is also qualified in Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT) and Functional Indian Head Massage; both are based on the theory of the individual touch therapies but adapt the practice for working with Autism, other special needs and neurological conditions.
Anne’s original professional training was in accountancy, and she has a PGCE in Higher Education having lectured at Plymouth Business School for 10 years. She brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to her therapy work through her training, lifestyle and family situation and is passionate about helping others in caring roles or with similar conditions.
Anne’s current work includes offering Functional Therapy in Specialist Educational provision, and in her private practice she specialises in stress and mental health related issues, autoimmune and neurological conditions.
Anne's treatments include Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Functional Therapy.

Whilst living in Canada, Jackie trained in Reflexology in 2002 and became a Teacher of Reflexology in 2006. She still returns to Canada to teach and her School is accredited with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO).
Jackie worked as a Medical Secretary and represented the hospital as the Wellness Chairperson. She created many initiatives including: meditation, massage in the workplace, and smoking cessation. Jackie accepted the Wellness Workplace Award from the Health Unit on behalf of the hospital. She also introduced complementary therapy sessions to staff and was the regular guest speaker to medical students on their Complementary Health Days talking about the benefits of reflexology and other therapies. In the community, she provided classes in Work-life Balance, Yoga and Meditation to corporations as part of their wellness initiatives.
Jackie’s passion lies in encouraging students to develop a deeper understanding of working with energy and how it impacts both the practitioner and client.
Jackie’s treatments include Reflexology, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Yoga One-on-One, Hypnosis and Energy Healing.
Jan is a Level 5 certified Reflexologist and qualified teacher, she runs her clinic, ReKlein Reflexology, from her home in St Albans. After qualifying as a teacher in 1995, Jan has spent most of her working life in some form of educational role, only leaving it to pursue her dream of becoming a Reflexologist. She is delighted to now be able to combine her two passions together, her love of Reflexology and her desire to teach.
After training with Alex and Sandra, Jan has become particularly passionate about improving mental well-being through Reflexology and is involved in local conferences to help raise awareness of the use of Reflexology in improving mental well-being in people of all ages.

Helen qualified as a reflexologist in 2007 after a career as a Registered General Nurse. Helen’s practice is in West Chiltington, in West Sussex. Helen has worked as a training manager in healthcare and in the charitable sector as Head of Support for The Twins Trust
From 2016-19 she held the position of lay representative on the NICE Guideline committee for twin and triplet pregnancies guideline update and is involved with public patient involvement on a number of research projects related to multiple births.
A qualified neurolinguistic programming practitioner, Helen coaches and trains on building resilience using her BOUNCE Model of Resilience. In 2013 she won The Women Inspiring Women Award 2013: Rising Star for her work in helping women in business develop their resilience so they can juggle the many conflicting demands of modern working life without compromising their health.
Helen is passionate about education and continuous professional development in reflexology. From 2015-2019 she was Vice-Chair of the board for Association of Reflexologists and currently holds the position of profession specific board member for reflexology on Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
She runs a monthly reflective practice group for reflexologists as well as providing personal development coaching for therapists.
